Founded by Asim Paul in 1997, Paul Sir Academy (Rama Coaching) has a long-standing reputation for excellence in education. With a focus on preparing students for various competitive exams, we have successfully guided thousands of individuals toward achieving their career goals. Our comprehensive coaching programs cover SSC (CGL, CHSL, CPO), Railway Group B, C & D, VYAPAM exams, CGPSC, CMAT, and MBA entrance exams (CAT/MAT).

Over the past 29 years, our academy has helped over 9,600 students pass their exams and secure jobs. Paul Sir, an ex-bank official with a B.Com, MA in Economics, and CAIIB, is a distinguished educator who has been recognized with the Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Education Award in 2012 and the Prime Time Excellence Education Award in Delhi in 2014, presented by Dr. Vaidya, Head of NCERT.

Founder

Mr. Asim Paul

Mr. Asim Paul, the visionary founder of Paul Sir Academy (Rama Coaching), has been committed to shaping the careers of countless students since 1997. With over 29 years of teaching experience and a background as a former bank official, he holds degrees in B.Com, MA in Economics, and CAIIB. His dedication to education has earned him prestigious awards, including the Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Education Award and the Prime Time Excellence Education Award.

Supported by his family, Mr. Paul’s wife, Smt. Shashi Paul, is an employee of SBI, while his son is an officer in the Reserve Bank of India. His daughter, Poojal Paul, an engineer, plays an active role in helping him run the academy.
